Overview : The DevOps Engineer plays a crucial role in bridging the gap between software development, quality assurance, and IT operations. They are responsible for implementing, maintaining, and continuously improving the systems and processes that keep the development and production environments running smoothly.Key Responsibilities :- Design, implement and maintain continuous delivery pipelines.- Collaborate with development and operations teams to prioritize and implement improvements.- Automate and streamline operations and processes.- Monitor and analyze system performance and reliability.- Manage infrastructure as code using configuration management tools.- Implement and manage security and compliance practices.- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in development, test, and production environments.- Lead and contribute to technical discussions and decisions.- Ensure high availability and uptime for production environments.- Participate in on-call rotations to support production systems.- Develop and maintain documentation related to configuration, processes, and service records.- Evaluate new technologies and tools to improve infrastructure and development processes.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations of customer-facing applications.- Conduct performance tuning, infrastructure cost optimization, and capacity planning.- Support and mentor other team members on DevOps best practices and procedures.Skills : is 5 to 10 years.
