Job Description: Required Technical and Professional Expertise Minimum 5+ years of experience in DFT domain is a must Proficient in DFT architectures & methodologies that includes Scan, ATPG, ABIST (Array BIST), LBIST (Logic BIST), BSCAN (Boundary Scan), JTAG, etc. Sound knowledge of tools/methodology (Industry standard Simulators and Accelerators, Synthesis, lining checks, Cadence tools, Industry standard ATPG/MBIST tools design compiler etc. DFT design on Physical design highly desirable Efficient debugging skills and demonstrated experiences in Python, Perl & TCL scripting are a must Proven Communications skills and the ability to effectively work with cross functional teams across geographies are required Looking for smart and enthusiastic Engineers to develop Design for Testability for our Processors Primary Skills: ATPG, ABIST (Array BIST), LBIST (Logic BIST), BSCAN (Boundary Scan), JTAG, etc.
