Job Description:We are looking for a seasoned Oracle EBS Technical HRMS Consultant to lead and manage the technical aspects of rolling out our Oracle E-Business Suite Human Resources Management System (HRMS). The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Oracle HRMS modules, extensive experience with technical implementations, and the ability to effectively collaborate with functional teams and stakeholders.Key Responsibilities: - Technical planning, design, and implementation of Oracle EBS HRMS rollout projects.Technical Expertise: - Provide technical expertise in Oracle HRMS modules such as Core HR, Payroll, Self-Service HR (SSHR), Oracle Learning Management (OLM), Oracle Time and Labor (OTL), and others. - Design and develop customizations, extensions, modifications, localizations, and integrations (CEMLI) as needed. - Perform data migrations, data conversions, and system integrations.Qualifications: - Bachelor's/Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.- 6+ years of experience working with Oracle E-Business Suite HRMS modules.- Proven experience in leading Oracle EBS HRMS technical rollout projects.- Strong technical skills in Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, Oracle Reports, Oracle Workflow, and Oracle Application Framework (OAF).- Experience with Oracle EBS R12, including technical upgrades and patching.- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Preferred Skills:- Experience with Oracle Cloud HCM is a plus.- Good to have Certification in Oracle EBS HRMS modules.- Experience in multinational rollouts and understanding of global HR practices.- Knowledge of Java, XML, and web services integration.
