Notice Period : Immediate to 30 days onlyShift Timings : US Shift (5.30 PM to 2.30 AM)Responsibilities :- Lead technical initiatives and guide the development team.- Develop and maintain high-quality PHP applications using Core PHP and MySQL.- Utilize expertise in PHP and its CMS/Frameworks like Joomla, Drupal, WordPress, CodeIgniter, Zend Framework, Angular JS, React.- Translate business requirements into technical requirements and design solutions accordingly.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects.- Stay updated with the latest technologies and trends in PHP development.- Demonstrate strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.- Work in an agile team environment and contribute to DevOps practices.- Mentor junior developers and foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.Primary Skills (Mandatory) : - Minimum 7+ years' experience in Core PHP- Minimum 2 Years experience as Technical Lead / Senior Developer- Excellent knowledge of working with Core PHP & MySql.- Exp in of any PHP & its CMS or Framework like Joomla, Drupal, WordPress, CodeIgniter, Zend Framework, Angular JS, React- Excellent Leadership, Communication (written and oral), and interpersonal skills- Ability to learn new technologies as required.- Strong analytical skills able to translate business requirements into technical requirements - Strong interpersonal skills including being highly customer-focused, ability to build relationships and communicate professionally - Strong written and oral communication including strong facilitation and presentation skills.- Able to work in an agile team and ideally have DevOps experience.
