We are inviting applications for the position of Cyber Security Manager for our client, one of the biggest financial institutions of India.Experience & Certifications :University degree in computer science or IT.Minimum 18+ years of experience in Cyber security.Hands-on experience in security systems and technologies.Familiarity with web and network protocols.Experience building and managing Cyber Security teams.Knowledge of industry frameworks like NIST, ISO 27001, PCI-DSS.Understanding of multi-tiered applications and firewalls.Preferred knowledge of Web Application Firewalls, IDAM, Database activity monitoring.Industry certifications such as CEH, CISSP, CISA, CISM.Technology vendor certifications (Cisco, Checkpoint, RSA, IBM, HP, etc.).Industry standard frameworks (ITIL, ISO, NIST, PCI-DSS).Responsibilities :Lead a team covering Secure application development, VAPT, Risk assessments, and more.Develop and align Cyber Security vision with business goals.Establish and maintain Cyber security policies and procedures.Enhance employee Cyber security awareness.Develop technical solutions and tools to mitigate vulnerabilities.Foster relationships with IT and internal departments to improve Cyber security posture.Provide strategic risk guidance for IT projects.Manage staff, including selection, goal setting, and career development.Drive innovation and thought leadership in Cyber security.Plan and manage annual budgets for Cyber Security Engineering.
