Job Description : SAP MMJob Location - ThaneEducation Criteria : - Any IT Graduate (B.E/B.Tech/BSc IT/Bsc Computer science, BCA) with 60 % throughout in Academics.- SAP MM /WM Configuration /process knowledge.- Preferably 1 end to end implementation of SAP MM /WM- Sound knowledge of business process and best practices around material handling,purchase /procurement, warehouse, fleet and route management.- Knowledge of SDLC, ISO /CMM, ITIL, software testing certifications /knowledge shall be an added advantage- Strength in understanding of business processes /functionalities around material handling /purchase /procurement /replenishment strategies /assortment and planning, warehouse management, fleet management, route management, retail, logistics, Indian indirect duties/taxes.- Ability to plan, coordinate, and direct the work of cross-department teams engaged in various professional, technical, and support functions and to do requirement study with function.- Quick at understanding the business issues, pain points and challenges of org.- Knowledgeable on implementation + project + support related processes, issue tracking and management- Effective resource and time management- Suggest best practices /improvements to function and implement them with their buy-in- Reviews and edits requirements, specifications, business processes and recommendations related to proposed solution.- Leads testing efforts.- Ensures issues are identified, tracked, reported on and resolved in a timely manner during testing.- Communicates needed changes to development team.- Assists in enforcement of project deadlines and schedules during project execution.- Manages resources (external and internal) and partners in accordance with project schedule.- Delivers informative, well-organized presentations and can communicate difficult/sensitive information tactfully.- Should possess Good Technical Understanding and preferably Retail background understanding of warehouse/logistics/ c and fis an added plus.PROFESSIONAL QUALITIES :- Communicates effectively with users to identify needs and evaluate alternative business solutions.- Manages user expectations effectively.- Proactively seeks opportunities to serve in leadership roles.- Believes in Teamwork and facilitates effective team interaction.- Able to lead team and is a self-starter and is able to drive projects- Develops relationships with user departments that foster ties.- Drive and manage projects (big /small) effectively towards completion in time, using resources judiciously and effectively and high productivity.- Plan implementations with least calculated risks with mitigation /rollback /alternative plans.- Apprising all stakeholders especially reporting head regularly & escalating (if necessary).
