Role Overview :We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Product Lead to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the development and evolution of our flagship healthtech product. This role requires expertise in customer experience, UI/UX development, market research, and competition assessments, as well as the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Additionally, the Senior Product Lead will play a key role in assessing and improving existing user flows and enabling upsell and cross-sell functionality within the app to enhance retention and customer lifetime value.Key Responsibilities :- Lead the end-to-end development and enhancement of our healthtech product, from ideation to execution, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs.- Conduct comprehensive market research and competitive analysis to identify market requirements, trends, and opportunities for differentiation.- Define and prioritize product features and enhancements based on customer feedback, market insights, and business goals.- Collaborate closely with the UI/UX design team to create intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces that optimize the customer experience.- Partner with the IT team to translate product requirements into technical specifications and ensure timely and high-quality delivery.- Assess existing user flows and identify areas for improvement to enhance usability, efficiency, and overall satisfaction.- Develop and implement strategies to enable upsell and cross-sell functionality within the app, with the goal of improving retention and increasing customer lifetime value.- Utilize data-driven insights and analytics to track product performance, measure the impact of product initiatives, and drive continuous improvement.- Act as a customer advocate, championing the needs and preferences of our users throughout the product development lifecycle.- Lead cross-functional teams through agile product development methodologies, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.Qualifications :- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; Master's degree preferred.- Proven track record of success in product management roles within the healthtech industry, with a focus on customer experience and UI/UX development.- Strong analytical skills and experience conducting market research, competitive analysis, and user research.- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.- Deep understanding of agile product development methodologies and experience leading cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.- Familiarity with healthcare regulations and compliance standards is a plus.- Creative problem-solving abilities and a passion for driving innovation and continuous improvement.- Experience implementing upsell and cross-sell strategies within digital products is highly desirable.
