We are committed to valuing diversity and promoting equality. Role:- Proven experience in document control, records management, or a related field is often necessary. Familiarity with document management software and tools, such as Documentum, SharePoint, or other content management systems Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software. Basic understanding of construction projects and documentation system He/She should understand and follow those specific document template systems Liaising with and distributing project-related information with the project team Assist the Cost control quantity surveyor as and when required. Process and control all project document types on a day-to-day basis in an accurate and timely manner. Create Purchase requisition for the projects in SAP & follow up the same till the process completion. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are crucial for this role. Excellent communication skills to work with various departments and teams. Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to document management challenges. Required Qualifications. Education Qualification : Bachelor degree Experience : Minimum 2 to 3 years Immediate or within 15 days joining preferrable Preferrable candidate: SAP knowledge.
