Job Description :1. Assisting in Design: Collaborate with senior designers and cross-functional teams to translate user requirements and business goals into compelling UI/UX designs.2. User Research Support: Participate in user research activities such as user interviews, surveys, and usability testing to gather insights into user needs and behaviors.3. Wireframing and Prototyping: Assist in creating wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to visualize design concepts and iterate on interface designs.4. UI Design: Contribute to the design of visual elements such as layouts, typography, color schemes, and interactive components following established design guidelines and best practices.5. UX Design Support: Aid in defining user flows, information architecture, and interaction design to create seamless and intuitive user experiences.6. Usability Testing Assistance: Support in conducting usability tests to evaluate the effectiveness of design solutions and gather user feedback for iterative improvements.7. Software Proficiency: Develop proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or similar software used for UI/UX design tasks.8. Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with team members to ensure alignment on design goals, share ideas, and provide constructive feedback. Communicate design concepts effectively to stakeholders.9.
