About the job :Experience : 4+ yrsLocations : Pan IndiaEssential Responsibilities :- Interact with cross functional teams to design functionality and process changes to improve customer experience.- GRC application configuration & development, implementation, and support of SIT/UAT testing, which includes the below:- Gathering and analyzing requirements and performing appropriate and accurate impact analysis of the changes requested- Responsible for preparing design for change requests- Responsible for development, code migration and unit testingQualifications/Requirements :- Bachelor's degree in any engineering discipline with 8+ years' experience- 4+ years of experience in GRC BWise application configuration experience especially for RCSA program- BWise Functional Administrator and 1+ year of experience working on BWise One UI including One Assessments, Function Libraries- Strong knowledge on SQL- Problem solver with ability to promote collaborative problem solving.- Strong verbal and written communication skills- Ability to work independently in fast-paced environmentDesired Characteristics :- Knowledge of Graph QL/Rest API- Agile experience using JIRA or other tools- Pentaho or other ETL experience (ref:hirist.tech)
