Job Description Configure, deploy, and manage Proofpoint email security solutions. Collaborate with security architects to ensure optimal Proofpoint configurations. Respond to and resolve incidents and service requests related to email security. Collaborate with Level 3 support and vendors for advanced issue resolution. Implement and maintain security policies related to email security and threat protection. Manage and enforce email security policies to mitigate risks. Administer and optimize Proofpoint solutions for phishing and malware protection. Monitor and respond to phishing and malware incidents. Generate and analyze reports on email security incidents and trends. Provide insights and recommendations based on security analytics. Plan and execute software upgrades and patches for Proofpoint systems. Stay informed about the latest releases and recommend updates as needed. Familiarity with other email security solutions and protocols. Experience with email encryption technologies. Scripting and automation skills for routine configuration tasks. Maintain up-to-date documentation for Proofpoint configurations, procedures, and issue resolutions. Contribute to the development of knowledge base articles.
