Job Description :Should be able to handle projects, self starter and willing to collaborate and ask questions!.Maintain and further develop automation applications.Development of new functionality in with focus on automating part processing and combining Cloud based solutions with CAD/CAM capabilities.Innovative ideas for new functionality as well as develop and maintain Engineering knowledge and working with Product owner and engineers/programmers.Manage automation projects and working across functional team where he or she will interface with other operating groups within Kennametal (i.e. IT, Engineering, Manufacturing).Work with Internal/External customers, Information Technology, etc. on a global basis in maintaining and developing Design Applications.Good design understanding and able to create required automation testing purpose and technical specifications and deliver the code with the functionality specified on time and on quality.Knowledge of CAD and CAM software is a plus, and any automation tool used in that environment!. Must Haves :Bachelor's degree Engineering (mechanical or equivalent or related) with around 3+ years of work experience respectively in engineering (CAD/CAM/Mechanical ), machining, developed, support and training.Experience of working as part of a team, handling projects and communicating with different teams is a plus.The incumbent must possess very strong analytical and problem-solving skills and fundamental programming knowledge in C++/#, Java, CAD/CAM (G-Code/NC-Program is a plus).Broad CAD/CAM Knowledge(>4-year experience) and working knowledge of PLM is desirable.Fundamental metal cutting product and manufacturing processes knowledge, with exposure to application engineering / machining is preferred.Excellent written and oral communication skills, English is preferred and company language.Ability to work in a team environment, strong interpersonal skills in interfacing with internal and external customers and leadership abilities are essential to successfully lead large projects.Must have experience with software development using JavaScript, C++ and .NET, SQL and relational database design, Visual Studio, etc. (ref:hirist.tech)
