Job Description :What would you be doing/ Expected from this role? - Manage the development of highly scalable eCommerce applications and platforms. - Manage release planning and execution, deployment, DevOps, and production environment. - Build and mentor high-performance teams. - Engage in service capacity planning and forecasting, software performance analysis and system tuning. - Have in mind the big picture of how systems are related to each other and Provide technology thought leadership. Who are we looking for? - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience. - 2+ years of technical management experience. - Strong experience in building high-performance teams - hiring, mentoring, and retaining top talent. - Strong experience in building highly scalable systems and leveraging open-source tools. - Prior to being in a technical management role - Must have had strong development background and architected scalable server systems. - Must have experience with agile planning and delivering short release cycles (bi-weekly releases).- Ability to systematically approach problem-solving and take initiative with a sense of accountability. - Must be able to work independently and enjoy working at a fast-paced start-up environment who is adept at experimenting with new technologies.- Must have excellent communication (verbal & written), interpersonal, leadership, and problem- solving skills.
