Key Responsibilities :- Collaborate closely with the tech team to identify, prioritize, and implement new features and enhancements for blockchain-based solutions, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.- Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets to effectively execute development projects.- Create and maintain technical documentation and best practices for the development team, fostering knowledge sharing and adherence to standards.- Provide regular status updates to the team and stakeholders, ensuring transparency and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements to enhance team productivity and efficiency.- Mentor and support the development team in increasing delivery proficiency, creating a culture of continuous learning and development.- Ensure the scalability, security, and reliability of blockchain solutions through proactive monitoring and optimization.- Stay abreast of the latest trends and technologies in blockchain and DeFi, evaluating their potential impact and relevance to the organization.Qualifications :- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.- 10+ years of experience in software development, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects.- Strong expertise in Ethereum, Solidity, and other DeFi-related technologies, with extensive hands-on experience in blockchain development.- Proven experience managing a team of developers and leading development projects, with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions on time and within budget.- Deep understanding of smart contracts and blockchain security best practices, with the ability to architect and implement secure solutions.- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively interact with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.- Commitment to upholding organizational values and fostering a positive work culture.
