Job Description :- Lead and mentor a team of software engineers, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement. -Provide guidance and support to ensure team members meet their performance metrics and career development goals.- Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of engineering projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies as needed.- Staff Management: Manage staffing needs, including recruitment, onboarding, and performance evaluations.- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment where team members feel valued, empowered, and motivated to excel.- Provide technical guidance and expertise to the team, particularly in areas such as Java backend development, AWS, Apache SQL, Apache Solr, and Redis.- Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies, identifying opportunities for innovation and improvement.- The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and inspiring his or her team to achieve their performance metrics.- Your role will involve strategizing, project management, part staff management.- Your collaborative attitude and interpersonal skills will help you thrive as an Engineering Manager.Key Skills : Java, AWS, Apache SQL, Apache, Solr, Redis. Criteria :- Strong Engineering Manager / Tech Lead Must have more than 9+ YOE in Software Development, With at least 2+ YOE in Engineering Manager / Tech Lead.- Should have strong backend development experience in backend languageJava.- Experience in Cloud AWS / Google Cloud / Azure.- Knowledge of open-source technologies like (Apache, Solr, Lucene, Elastic Search, Memcached, Redis, RabbitMQ, Kafka, Message Broker / Queue etc).- Experience in SDLC tools like (Ant, Maven, Git, SVN, Jenkins, Travis, Puppet, Ansible, Docker. ).- Should have exp with Product Companies & Qualified in BE / BTECH / MCA (ref:hirist.tech)
