Job Description :We are seeking a passionate and experienced Engineering Manager to lead and inspire a talented team of engineers. You will play a critical role in driving the successful delivery of high-quality software products, while fostering a positive and productive team environment.This is an exciting opportunity for a leader who thrives in a collaborative setting and is passionate about building and scaling innovative products.Responsibilities :- Own the timely and high-quality delivery of projects for your assigned engineering team.- Cultivate and manage external tech partnerships for your specific area of responsibility.- Partner closely with product managers, designers, and other departments to ensure projects are aligned with overall company objectives.- Break down complex product requirements into achievable product and engineering milestones for medium-sized projects.- Oversee the project management of medium-sized projects that span multiple engineering disciplines.- Foster a highly motivated and happy work environment within your team.- Develop and implement career progression plans for your team members.- Manage the technical roadmap and guide systematic improvements within your area over time.- Collaborate effectively with product managers, product owners, architects, and other Engineering Manager stakeholders.Requirements :- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience managing engineering teams in a technical environment (experience beyond this range can be considered based on qualifications).- Proven track record of successfully developing, launching, and scaling software products.- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure delivery within timelines and specifications, particularly in a distributed team setting.- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences, and facilitate open communication across geographically dispersed teams.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make informed decisions, even under pressure.- Proven ability to build trust, foster collaboration, and cultivate a culture of high productivity within a team.
