Job Description :We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect specializing in the Payment domain to join our dynamic team. As an Enterprise Architect, you will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and overseeing the architecture of payment systems and solutions within our organization. You will collaborate with various stakeholders, including business leaders, product managers, developers, and IT teams, to ensure that our payment architecture aligns with business objectives, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.Responsibilities : - Lead the design and development of the payment architecture, ensuring scalability, reliability, security, and performance.- Define architectural principles, standards, and best practices for payment systems and solutions.- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into architectural blueprints and technical designs.- Evaluate emerging technologies, trends, and industry standards in the payment domain to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.- Provide guidance and mentorship to development teams to ensure adherence to architectural guidelines and best practices.- Conduct architectural reviews and assessments to identify gaps, risks, and areas for improvement.- Work closely with security and compliance teams to ensure that payment systems comply with relevant regulations and security standards.- Participate in cross-functional meetings and initiatives to promote alignment between business goals and technical solutions.- Drive architectural governance processes to manage changes and ensure consistency across payment systems and solutions.- Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including executives, to articulate technical concepts and influence decision-making.Requirements :- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.- Proven experience as an Enterprise Architect or similar role, with a focus on payment systems and solutions.- In-depth knowledge of payment processing technologies, protocols, and standards (e.g., EMV, PCI DSS, ISO 20022, etc.).- Strong understanding of architectural principles, design patterns, and best practices in distributed systems and microservices architecture.- Experience with cloud-based payment solutions and services (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform).- Proficiency in architecting and implementing secure, scalable, and high-performance payment systems.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.- Relevant certifications (e.g., TOGAF, CISSP, AWS Certified Solutions Architect) are a plus.
