Job Title : Chief Technology Officer (CTO). Industry : LegalTech / FinTech. Location : Flexible / Remote. Experience Required : 2-10 years in tech startups, with a focus on software engineering and product development. About Enterslice : . Enterslice is a leading provider of technology-driven solutions for the fintech and legaltech sectors. We are looking for an innovative CTO who can drive technology strategy and lead the development of our scalable SaaS platforms for B2B, B2B2C, and B2C markets.Role Overview : - The CTO will be a hands-on leader, responsible for the end-to-end development of highly scalable cloud platforms.- This includes architecture, product design, development, and deployment, culminating in the successful commercialization of the platform.Key Responsibilities : - Technology Leadership : Oversee the architectural and technology build of a scalable SaaS cloud platform for web and mobile applications.- Product Development : Drive the development from prototype to full functionality, ensuring robust, scalable solutions.- Team Leadership : Lead a dynamic team, fostering a culture of innovation and accountability.- Strategic Planning : Collaborate with business and product owners to align technological solutions with business goals.- Innovation : Incorporate cutting-edge technology stacks and practices to enhance product offerings and user experience.Mandatory Skills and Experience : - Proven track record in full-stack development (backend and frontend) within cloud environments (AWS, GCP).- Experience building digital platforms in Fintech, Legaltech, or similar fields.- Strong experience with front-end and server-side languages including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Python, Ruby, Java, PHP.- Experience with database technologies such as MySQL, Oracle, MongoDB.- Familiarity with JavaScript frameworks such as Angular, React, and Vue.- Hands-on experience in mobile app development and API integrations.- Proficiency in DevOps practices and software project management.Personality Traits : - Demonstrated ability to perform well in a startup environment with a multi-hat role.- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.- High integrity, commitment, and a proven ability to lead and inspire teams.Qualifications : - Tech in Computer Science, IT, or Electronics from a reputed institute.- Candidates from traditional IT services or MNC backgrounds without startup experience in product development need not apply.
