Job Description :- Must have Lead Experience - Strong Testing background in Banking / Risk domain - Independently handle test deliverables and drive the team towards project goals- Pro-active with strong analytical skills, raising clarifications, risks and solution driven- Prior work experience in handling SQL / ETL or Big Data Testing- Proven track record in leading team, Test deliveries for ST, SIT and UAT- Experience in JIRA, Zephyr, Traceability, Test Cases & Defect Management- Team player with excellent communication, collaboration, co-ordinations & presentation skills- Good experience in Test Process documentation & Test Report Metrics- Minimum 8 years of experience in software testing, with a strong focus on ETL testing. - Experience in the Banking / Risk domain is highly desirable. - Proven leadership experience in managing and motivating a testing team. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Proficiency in SQL and familiarity with ETL tools. - Experience with JIRA, Zephyr, Traceability Matrix tools, Test Case Management tools, and Defect Management tools. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
