Job Roll : Outbound Calls: Conduct outbound calling on data collected through lead generation activities and secondary data sources. Schedule site visits with prospective customers to showcase our properties. Inbound Calls: Handle inbound calls from prospective customers, providing information about our projects. Assist in scheduling site visits and appointments as per customer inquiries.Other responsibilities: Ensure a maximum number of appointments are made each month. Provide a maximum number of appointments to the sales executives, ensuring their productivity. Maintain the quality of appointments provided to the sales team Maintain lead management tools and ensure a smooth process for lead flow Coordinate regularly with the marketing team and sales team.
