The role is reporting to the Group Chief Information Officer and is responsible for the following:- Plan and supervise IT activities to be in line with TOM of the company and its Global Strategy to support business growth.- Define, manage and strategies how IT operations infrastructure can help an organization grow in scale and become more successful.- Provide effective day-to-day oversight of the group's IT function including Corporate Technology, Trading Infrastructure and Data Centers- Ensure that IT is responsive to business` requests and queries in timely and commercially friendly manner.- Oversee all the plans and initiatives within IT division internally and between IT and other business units.- Control of IT costs and ensure budgeting is in line with the global Strategy and IT business vision to support that strategy.- Oversee and evaluate the revision of the current state of IT Technology and initiate its transformation or optimization by developing TOM for IT.- Assess internal competencies and capacity, and make sure IT team and IT infrastructure/services are capable to support company`s long-term Strategy and its vision.To be eligible for this role you will require :Essential :- Have a strong technical background in the field of IT Infrastructure to lead the company's technical architecture, including security, disaster recovery, failover strategy, business continuity, networking, server management, virtualization, storage, business office productivity tools setup, device management, build versus buy decision making, monitoring setup both for on prem and cloud setups.- Strong collaborative and analytical skills to work closely with Software Development Teams to understand what needs to be provided for and how processes can be made efficient and automated.- Be an active player in the decision making, influencing, and adapting to new challenges and coming up with stable, creative solutions to enable quick time to market.- Past experiences and know-how of latest practices in IT to best manage support functions like help desk, offices infrastructure and connectivity, incident management, change management.- Experience in Internal IT Audit, Cloud and On-Prem hybrid Infrastructure setup.Proven experience in :- BCP and DR planning and execution of failovers ensuring 99.9% uptime 24/7.- On Prem Data Centers setups - virtualizations, SAN storages, Network topology, DNS,- CDN, intrusion and DDOS protection- Patch management, environmental scans, security scans.- Setting up hybrid data centers - cloud / on-prem.- Setting up and managing Office365 product suite and end user device management all driven through Azure and hands off.Benefits & Perks :- We believe in fairly compensating all our people by providing them with a world-class health insurance plan and a range of both core benefits and flex benefits for individual preferences.
