Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Field Marketing Executive to join our team at [Client Name], a leading resort company based in Hyderabad. The Field Marketing Executive will be responsible for implementing marketing strategies and initiatives to promote our resorts, attract guests, and drive bookings. This role requires creativity, strong communication skills, and the ability to engage with potential customers in a variety of settings. Responsibilities: Execute field marketing activities to promote our resorts and drive guest engagement, including events, promotions, and partnerships with local businesses. Conduct market research and gather customer insights to identify opportunities for targeted marketing campaigns and promotions. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop marketing materials and collateral for field marketing initiatives, including brochures, flyers, and signage. Build and maintain relationships with local partners, such as travel agencies, event organizers, and tourist attractions, to drive referrals and cross-promotion opportunities. Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and community gatherings to increase brand awareness and generate leads. Track and analyze the performance of field marketing activities, and provide regular reports and insights to the marketing team. Assist with the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns, including social media marketing, email marketing, and online advertising. Provide support to the sales team by coordinating marketing activities to support sales objectives and drive revenue growth. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in field marketing, and identify opportunities for innovation and improvement. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. 3-5 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on field marketing or events management. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers and partners in a variety of settings. Creative thinker with a passion for developing innovative marketing strategies and initiatives. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with marketing analytics tools.
