Responsibilities:- Analyze and understand user requirements to design and develop efficient and user-friendly software solutions.- Select and utilize appropriate programming languages, frameworks, and technologies relevant to our projects (mention specific technologies used by the company if applicable).- Write clean, well-documented, and maintainable code adhering to best practices.- Develop and implement unit tests to ensure code quality and functionality.- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to colleagues.- Troubleshoot and debug software issues to identify and resolve problems efficiently.- Maintain existing applications and implement enhancements based on evolving requirements.- Collaborate with designers, business analysts, and other developers throughout the software development lifecycle.- Stay up-to-date on the latest programming languages, technologies, and industry trends.- Document technical specifications and procedures clearly and concisely.Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred).- Minimum of 5+ years of experience as a Programmer Analyst or a similar software development role.- Strong understanding of software development principles, methodologies (e.g., Agile), and best practices.- Proficiency in multiple programming languages and technologies relevant to the role (mention specific requirements).- Experience with database management systems (e.g., SQL) (a plus).- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.- Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects effectively.- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
