Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where precision and innovation are valued? Join our dynamic team in Hyderabad, where you'll play a pivotal role in designing, developing, deploying, and integrating solutions that drive customer success.Responsibilities :- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical designs.- Develop end-to-end analytics solutions leveraging Cognos TM1, Python, and AWS technologies.- Innovate and implement solutions that enhance scalability, data modeling, and finance operations.- Provide support and guidance to users, ensuring optimal system performance.- Advocate for best practices in reporting, analysis, and data integrity.- Contribute to risk assessment, process improvement, and innovation initiatives.Basic Qualifications :- Bachelor's Degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Analytics, or related field.- 4+ years of experience with Cognos TM1, including system configuration, model building, data security, and reporting.- 2+ years of experience writing high-performance object-oriented Python code.- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.Preferred Qualifications :- Experience developing flexible, scalable hybrid business solutions.- Knowledge of software development lifecycle, Git version control, and data structures.- Corporate finance experience with financial planning functions and processes.- Familiarity with AWS tools (e.g., S3, RedShift, IAM Roles) and web services technologies.- Proficiency in SQL, NoSQL, and general data warehouse concepts.Skills & Requirements :- Proficiency in Python, Cognos TM1, and AWS technologies.- Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement.- Ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and business teams.- Quick learner with a positive attitude towards challenges.
