We are hiring for Firewall Technical Specialist for our Esteemed client company who can join us Immediately.Position : Firewall Technical Specialist. Experience : 3-7 Years. CTC : 10 LPA - 16 LPA. Notice Period : Immediate to 15 Days. Job Time : Rotational Shift. Technical Skills :- Expert level knowledge of Palo Alto & Checkpoint firewalls including blades.- Proficiency in monitoring tools.- Familiarity with LAN/WAN and network protocols.- Hands-on experience with Tufin or Algosec Solutions.- Knowledge of scripting languages.- Advanced troubleshooting skills.- Ability to manage support cases with external technology vendors.Primary Responsibilities :- Provide engineering and operational support for firewalls across multiple platforms within the client infrastructure.- Manage and configure firewalls on a 24x7 basis, ensuring smooth operations.- Handle various firewall blades including VPN, IPS, URL Filtering, and Application Control.- Execute firewall policy changes, conduct analysis, and perform clean-up as necessary.- Offer visibility and insight to assist customers with firewall activity and usage information.- Act as the first responder to monitored alerts, incidents, and issues.- Coordinate, triage, and troubleshoot activities with customers, teams, and vendors.- Ensure tasks are executed according to established standards, procedures, and processes.- Communicate and collaborate effectively with customers and peers across different time zones and countries.Other Qualifications:. Preferred certifications: Palo Alto / Prisma Certified, Checkpoint Certified, Cisco Certified, ITIL Foundation Certified (ref:hirist.tech)
