Job Title : Software Development Engineer 1Location : BangaloreType : Full timeJob Description :Goodera is looking for an experienced and motivated professional to be an integral part of its core engineering team with strong development experience in a fast paced environment.Responsibilities :- Develop a deep understanding of the start-up's ecosystem.- Build customer-facing products as well as internal tools for a global company.- Own, build and maintain frontend features and reusable components across multiple applications.- Write and maintain high-quality code testable and clean code.- Research, analyze and implement the latest technologies and frameworks.- Collaborate with product managers to deliver requirements end-to-end.Requirement : - 2+ years of experience building scalable products and distributed applications/services.- Min 1+ years of experience working on ReactJs.- Good to know NextJs or server-side rendering.- Deep understanding of JavaScript fundamentals.- Understanding of developing responsive UI with experience in working on CSS/any CSS based frameworks like tailwindcss, scss.- Excellent coding and problem-solving skills and ability to produce high-quality, bug-free and testable production-grade code.- Ability to review code and continuously push for higher standards of development.- Zeal to explore and experiment with different technologies including backend, dev-ops, AI, etc.- Ability to own end-to-end deliveries, right from requirements till release.- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process.What we have to Offer :- Experience building a transformative product.- Work with a performance-oriented team driven by ownership, open to experiments and passionate about creating impact through tech.- Learn to design systems for high accuracy, efficiency and scalability.- End-to-end ownership of your task (ref:hirist.tech)
