Job Description:- Minimum 5 10 years of strong experience in WordPress architecture, defining best practices defining and executing the technology roadmap .- Experience in designing WordPress solutions to address business and technology requirements & constraints. - Must have- Excellent knowledge of Gutenberg architecture - Must have- Experience in evaluating, testing and recommending tools, processes, and technologies. - Must have Good to have- Experience in identifying, prioritizing, and mitigating technical risks and implementation dependencies - Good to have- Following development, testing, security, scalability and performance related best practices. - Must have- Guiding team to follow same best practices - Good to have- Good knowledge of code audits especially for WordPress VIP coding standards. - Must have- Creating technical documentation and facilitated creation of user manuals. - Good to have- Create technical training roadmap including course curriculum and performance assessment- Contributed to the WordPress core, documentation and WP-CLI. - Good to have- Understand development workflow for distributed agile teams - Must have- Create implementation roadmaps and has led development teams to successful execution of solutions. - Good to have- Knowledge and experience of Agile teams and practices - Good to have (ref:hirist.tech)
