Full Stack Developer - Java About Fraank Systems:We're building for billions and crafting stories of bold transformation.The next-gen global technology company helping businesses to grow and thrive in the digital age.With the dynamic pace of technological change, choosing the right technology for business needs can be a complex and often confusing process.Fraank Systems approaches each project as a completely custom job.Though many companies need the same basic skill set, there are variations that are very important.Companies grow differently, and they need customized solutions that will fit with the way they do business as opposed to having solutions thrust upon them and being told that they must change.Engineering ideas to improvise lives, Fraank Systems over the past 10 years, has empowered ambitious change-makers around the world with sustained digital capabilities.We are a trusted digital engineering and enterprise modernization partner with offerings that enable our clients by creating a unique competitive advantage.Job Description:Function: Software Engineering - Full-Stack DevelopmentJava SpringResponsibilities:- Using analytical and problem-solving skills to identify scalable solutions to market business requirements.- Design and develop reusable, testable, and adaptable components for shared functionality across the platform.- Contributes to all phases of the development lifecycle- Follows established Agile development processes and provides feedback on improvements through retrospectives.- Ability to multi-task and pay strong attention to details, with a focus on quality.- Ability to function in a high-pressure and demanding environment.- Provides documentation and knowledge transfer on developed frameworks for adoption by peer product teams.- Organize, prioritize, and handle multiple tasks/assignments/projects.- Participate in special projects.- Follow SDLC development standards and perform development, testing, and devOps functions as appropriate.- Work with development teams and product managers to ideate software solutions.- Design client-side and server-side architecture.- Build the front end of applications through appealing visual design.- Develop and manage well-functioning databases and applications.- Write effective APIs.- Test software to ensure responsiveness and efficiency. - Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade software.- Create security and data protection settings.- Build features and applications with a mobile responsive design.- Write technical documentation.- Work with data scientists and analysts to improve software.Requirements:- 5+ years of hands-on experience in developing and delivering software solutions as a full-stack developer.- 3+ years of experience in software designing and collaboration with the architecture team.- Hands-on experience in coding in Java, Spring Boot, Angular, JavaScript, AWS, SQL, performance tuning and debugging.- Hands-on practical experience in AWS and Angular is a must.- Good experience in working in build and deploying pipelines using Jules, and Spinnaker tools.- In-depth knowledge of middleware technologies, microservices-based architecture, and Java programming along with system design skills.- Solid understanding of agile methodologies such as CI/CD, Applicant Resiliency, and Security.- Experience in framework development with a product mindset and the right use of data structures as well as enterprise integration patterns.- Bachelor's degree (BE / B. Tech) from a four-year college or university in CS, MIS, or ECE or equivalent experience preferred.- Professional certification is required in some areas.- Postgraduate in related discipline and generally 6-8 years of experience in related fields.- Knowledge of Java, Angular, Cloud, terraform, RESTful services, Node. js, and related technologies.- Preferred experience with technologies such as Amazon Web Services, Cloud solutions, Microservices, and multitenant SaaS solutions.- Intermediate knowledge of relational databases (PostgreSQL and Oracle) with proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL language.- Understanding of current and emerging web architecture and tools.- Experienced professional contributor with responsibility for an advanced area of work in the professional field.- Possesses and applies comprehensive knowledge of a particular field of specialization to the completion of complex assignments.- Has a good understanding of how own area/team contributes to the work unit's success and recognizes wider business implications of decisions/actions.- The primary contribution is in applying knowledge (product, industry, professional, technical) and doing individual contributor work.- Knowledge of the secured finance industry.
