About the Role :We are searching for a talented and passionate Full Stack Developer to join our growing team. You will play a key role in the entire development lifecycle, building dynamic and user-friendly web applications using React.js on the front-end and Python on the back-end.Responsibilities :- Collaborate with designers, product managers, and other developers to understand user needs and translate them into technical specifications.- Design, develop, and implement user interfaces (UI) using React.js and related libraries (e.g., Redux, React Router).- Develop clean, maintainable, and well-documented Python code for the back-end server using frameworks like Django or Flask.- Ensure smooth integration between the front-end and back-end using APIs and data structures.- Implement robust and secure back-end functionalities, including user authentication, data validation, and database interaction (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL).- Write unit and integration tests to ensure code quality and functionality.- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to colleagues.- Troubleshoot and debug issues across the entire application stack.- Deploy and maintain applications on cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud Platform, etc.specify if applicable).- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in React.js, Python frameworks, and web development best practices.Qualifications :- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).- Strong proficiency in React.js, including JSX, components, state management, and routing.- Solid understanding of Python programming concepts (core Python, object-oriented programming, data structures).- Experience with a Python web framework (e.g. , Django, Flask).- Familiarity with relational databases (SQL) and database querying languages.- Experience with RESTful APIs and data exchange formats (JSON, XML).- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and web development fundamentals.- Experience with version control systems like Git.- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.- Strong communication and collaboration skills.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
