Experience: 4 to 10 YrsRole: PeopleSoft HCM Payroll Functional Consultant (Sr. Technical Analyst / Lead)Skills: PeopleSoft HCM NA Payroll, PeopleTools, Pl/SQL.Shift: UK & US Shifts (Weekly rotation)Work Mode: Work from the office (We can give work from home option, but in case of any performance issue they have to be available for work from the office)Requirement :- 4 to 10 years of experience as a PeopleSoft Analyst.- Proficiency in PeopleSoft HCM modules - NA Payroll.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.- Good understanding of PeopleTools, including Application Designer, PeopleCode, and Component Interface.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Responsibilities :- Configure, customize, and maintain PeopleSoft applications to meet business needs.- Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.- Perform system testing, identify and resolve issues, and ensure the successful implementation of solutions.- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for PeopleSoft applications.- Keep abreast of industry trends and updates related to PeopleSoft technologies and Financials modules.- Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate PeopleSoft solutions with other business systems.- Flexible to work in rotational Shift- Ability to propose solutions (ref:hirist.tech)
