Job Description :As Gen AI Scientist, responsibilities involve evaluating and comparing models, techniques, frameworks & architectures to understand the best solution for a given problem.Contribute to the design, development, evaluation, and deployment of custom and fine-tuned GenAI models and content/data pipelines and mentor junior technical members.Conduct research to identify emerging trends and technologies in Gen AI and be a technology thought leader.Work closely with the other team members to develop, validate, and maintain robust solutions and tools to evaluate model performance, accuracy, consistency, and reliability.Provide technical consulting to client's problems and come up with solutions leveraging Generative AI.Qualification :Master's in computer science, information science, mathematics or statistics, Computational linguistics or PhD in Data Science & Text Processing.3-5 years of experience post education in an AI/ML/NLP with PhD or 8-10 years with master's degree.Experience with developing models with transformer and decoder architectures.Expert in Python programming. 3+ years of hands-on experience developing natural language processing (NLP) models, ideally with transformer architectures.Experience with Opensource LLM and/or proprietor LLM.Exposure to fine-tuning of LLMs for specific needs.Experience with data engineering and data pipeline development.3+ years of experience with implementing information search and retrieval at scale, using a range of solutions ranging from keyword search to semantic search using embeddings.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.Experience in using mathematics, statistics, modeling, business analysis, and technology to transform high volumes of complex data into advanced analytic solutions.
