Job Description :We are looking for a talented and experienced Golang Developer with 3 to 6 years of hands-on experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in Go programming language and a passion for building scalable and efficient applications. This role involves designing, developing, testing, deploying, and maintaining high-quality software solutions using Golang. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative and robust solutions that meet our clients' needs.Key Responsibilities :Application Development :- Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs using Golang.- Implement efficient algorithms and data structures to optimize application performance.- Ensure the scalability, reliability, and security of Golang applications.Requirement Gathering and Analysis :- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to gather and analyze requirements.- Translate business needs into technical specifications and development tasks.Testing and Quality Assurance :- Develop and execute unit tests, integration tests, and end-to-end tests to ensure the quality and functionality of Golang applications.- Identify and fix bugs and performance issues.Deployment and Maintenance :- Deploy applications to production environments and provide ongoing maintenance and support.- Implement CI/CD pipelines for automated deployments.Documentation and Best Practices :- Maintain detailed documentation of code, configurations, and processes.- Adhere to and promote best practices in software development, including code reviews and continuous integration.Collaboration and Communication :- Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.- Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to provide updates on project progress and resolve issues.Qualifications :Education :- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.Experience :- 3 to 6 years of hands-on experience in software development with a focus on Golang.- Proven track record of developing and maintaining high-quality applications using Golang.Skills :- Strong proficiency in Go programming language.- Experience with web development frameworks and libraries such as Gin, Echo, or Beego.- Knowledge of microservices architecture and design patterns.- Familiarity with relational and NoSQL databases.- Proficiency in version control systems such as Git.- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies is a plus.
