Loc : Hyderabad/Bangalore/Chennai.NP : Immediate.Job Description :Cloud Architect (GCP Infrastructure) Position Overview : We are seeking a highly skilled Google Cloud Platform (GCP) Specialist with hands-on experience in GCP services related to infrastructure and strong architectural skills. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and optimizing cloud infrastructure solutions to support our organization's growing needs. This individual should possess a deep understanding of GCP services, infrastructure as code automation using Ansible, and cloud architecture best practices.Responsibilities : Infrastructure Design and Implementation : - Design, implement, and maintain scalable, secure, and highly available GCP infrastructure solutions.- Develop infrastructure as code (IaC) templates using tools like Terraform or Deployment Manager to automate deployment and configuration processes.Cloud Architecture : - Architect cloud solutions that meet business requirements while adhering to best practices for performance, reliability, security, and cost optimization.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement cloud-native applications and services.GCP Service Expertise : - Demonstrate expertise in a wide range of GCP services including but not limited to Compute Engine, Kubernetes Engine, Cloud Storage, Networking, IAM and Monitoring.- Provide guidance and support to development teams on leveraging GCP services effectively. Performance Optimization and Cost Management : - Monitor and optimize GCP infrastructure performance, scalability, and cost-effectiveness.- Implement cost management strategies and best practices to optimize cloud spending.Security and Compliance : - Implement security best practices and compliance requirements in GCP environments.- Conduct security assessments, vulnerability scans, and audits to ensure the integrity and confidentiality of. data.Documentation and Knowledge Sharing : - Create comprehensive documentation for infrastructure architecture, configurations, and operational procedures.- Share knowledge and best practices with team members to foster continuous learning and improvement.Qualifications : - bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).- Proven experience as a GCP Specialist or Cloud Engineer with a focus on infrastructure.- Hands-on experience designing, implementing, and managing GCP infrastructure solutions.- Strong understanding of cloud architecture principles, including microservices, containerization, and serverless computing.- Proficiency in infrastructure as code tools such as Terraform, Deployment Manager, or CloudFormation.- Excellent knowledge of GCP services and features, with the ability to recommend optimal solutions based on requirements.- Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.- Solid understanding of networking concepts and experience with cloud networking configurations.- Experience with security best practices identity and access management (IAM), and compliance standards in cloud environments.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.Preferred Qualifications : - Google Cloud certifications such as Professional Cloud Architect,.- Professional Cloud Developer, or Professional Cloud Network Engineer.- Experience with other cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.- Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools like Stackdriver.
