Overview : The Senior Graphic Designer plays a key role in our creative team, contributing to the development of high-quality visual designs and providing creative direction. This position is vital to maintaining our brand identity and delivering visually engaging content to our audience. The Senior Graphic Designer will collaborate with various teams to ensure that all visual elements are on-brand and visually compelling.Key Responsibilities :- Lead the design and development of various marketing materials, including digital and print assets.- Conceptualize and create visually appealing layouts for advertisements, brochures, and other marketing collateral.- Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements and deliver designs that meet objectives.- Provide art direction and design support for various projects, ensuring brand consistency and high-quality visual content.- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative design concepts and ideas.- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining high standards of quality..- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve design output.- Contribute to the evolution and enhancement of the brand's visual identity and design guidelines.- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure design concepts align with overall objectives.- Review and approve designs, artwork, and graphics created by junior designers or external agencies.- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior design staff, fostering their professional growth and development.- Ensure compliance with brand guidelines and standards in all design materials.- Collaborate with external vendors and agencies, ensuring the successful execution of design projects.- Participate in presenting design concepts and strategies to stakeholders and senior management.Required Qualifications : We, at GrowthTrack, are looking for a Sr Graphic Designer to join our team and create engaging& impact-full designs for various media applications. Key Responsibilities :- Taking design briefs to understand requirements.- Conceptualizing and developing design concepts, graphics and layouts - Designing and producing collateral in accordance with brand guidelines - Presenting ideas, concepts and design solutions to various stakeholders and incorporating their feedback into the final design - Liaising with CS team to ensure proofs are of good quality and in line with production specifications Key Requirements :- Degree in Design, Fine Arts or related field Have prior experience as a Graphic Designer as well as a strong portfolio of related projects- Possess a good knowledge of design tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Corel - Pay strong attention to detail and have a keen eye for aesthetics - You have excellent communication skills and can clearly articulate your ideas, designs, and suggestions - Strong team player who can collaborate effectively with different stakeholders - Please mention your portfolio link on your resume while applying for (ref:hirist.tech)
