Description:

Role and Responsibilities :- Gather and analyze business requirements for e-commerce, ERP and SaaS projects.- Create and maintain user stories, define acceptance criteria.- Document complex processes in existing systems.- Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders.- Conduct user research and define user needs and pain points.- Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.- Help prioritize user stories and backlog items based on stakeholder priorities and business impact.- Collaborate with the development team to clarify requirements, estimate effort, and manage expectations.- Suggest feature improvements and/or new features that address business needs.- Participate in product discussions and provide insights into user needs and business impact.Desired Candidate Profile :- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.- Strong understanding of business analysis methodologies (e.g., BABOK Guide).- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to gather and analyze complex requirements.- Expertise in user experience (UX) research and documentation.- Familiarity with agile product management principles and frameworks.- Ability to prioritize and manage product backlogs.- Experience working in a cross-functional environment.- Proficiency in Jira and other relevant tools (e.g., user experience research tools).- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills.- Would be a benefit :- Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certification.- Experience working with e-commerce platforms and/or ERP systems.
