You will be working with a team of dynamic engineers who take pride in solving complex problems.- We're seeking A players to work with A players.- We're a high-growth company on a once-in-a-lifetime journey to revolutionize deployment tools & continuous delivery.- Be a part of it.About You :- Passion for designing elegant experiences that are approachable and just a bit playful.- Extensive experience with JavaScript and other Front End technologies such as HTML and CSS.- Experience with any of ReactJS, AngularJS, BackboneJS, KnockoutJS, or EmberJS. - Experience with responsive design and deep understanding of object-oriented design.- Experience with performance debugging and benchmarking.- Expertise in turning a design into cleanly architected HTML and CSS.- Entrepreneurial spirit, priding yourself on getting things done with a high level of quality.- Strong desire to work in an unstructured, fast moving startup environment.- Tech degree in CS or equivalent with 4-8 years of industry experience. About The Role :- Design, develop, and maintain critical software in a fast-paced quality conscious environment.- Author software functional specifications and design documents.- Quickly understand complex systems/code and own key pieces of the system, including the delivered quality.- Design and implementation of scalable algorithms.- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex problems in a distributed computing environment.- Perform peer reviews of specifications, designs, and code.- Work alongside Site Reliability Engineers and cross-functional teams to diagnose/troubleshoot any production performance-related issues.- Work Location.- The successful candidate will be expected to be onsite, in Bangalore, India at least 3 days / week.What you will have at Harness :- End-to-end ownership of your projects.- Competitive salary.- Comprehensive healthcare benefit.- Paid Time Off and Parental Leave.- Monthly, quarterly, and annual social and team-building event.- Recharge & Reset Program.- Monthly internet reimbursement.
