PREFERRED EXPERIENCE :- Proven experience in leading the information security portfolio in large-scale enterprise- Minimum 15+ years of experience working with strong expertise in leading the Security function- Strong people leader with deep team management experience - Capable of driving a culture of high performance, ownership, and inclusion across the team- Strong experience with building complex systems for security intelligence & cyber threat analytics- Extensive exposure to new product development & security areas with a focus on security operations & managing security processes, governance, and compliance.- Negotiate and manage contracts with key service providers to ensure service levels are met.EDUCATION :A bachelor's or master's degree in computer Science / Information Systems or a related field.TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES :- Familiarity with relevant laws, regulations, and standards- Relevant certifications such as CISM, CISSP, CISA, and CRISC are a must- Design, implement, deploy, and manage systems/applications monitoring processes and tools to proactively identify and resolve security threats within the company computing environment.- Define and deploy monitoring, metrics, and logging systems. Utilize monitoring tools to identify issues, resolve and/or escalate to development.- Develop and implement a robust Disaster Recovery strategy for critical systems and infrastructure. Assesssingle points of failure in infrastructure and recommend actions as appropriate. (ref:hirist.tech)
