What do you drive for us :This position is responsible to direct the company's information technology (IT) infrastructure operations, ensuring the department provides efficient and effective technical support services.This position has frequent contact with customers, direct reports, peers, independent vendors and leadership teams.What a typical day at work would look like :- Overall accountability for day to day management of IT Infrastructure, SLA (Service Levels Agreement) management, problem and change management.- Maintain compliance with all IT General Controls, Policies and Procedures.- Ensure legal and corporate compliance policies are met.- Manage the activities of the team; to include ongoing coaching, development and performance management.- Develop, improve existing and manage standards and procedures within the team.- Liaison with business stakeholders, clients and other functional teams.- Ensure high quality, up-to-date documentation exists for all services performed by the team.- Develop and maintain processes that relate to computer hardware and software inventory control, and user support.- Establish and review KPIs that are in line with business focus.- Manage difficult or controversial support situation calls are received, create AAR as necessary for coaching and training purposes. Your Key Knowledge Areas shall be :- Linux & Windows Servers.- Azure.- Google Suite.- VMWare.- IT Infrastructure.- IT Operations.- WAN/LAN/Wireless. What do you bring with you :Education :- Bachelors in Technology. Experience :- 15+ years of relevant experience working in IT Infrastructure & Operations or other equivalent experience.- 15+ years of experience leading multi-vendor projects or teams and working with senior management or key project stakeholders. Your key strengths we look forward to :- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.- Excellent analytical and management skills.Who do you interact with regularly :- Internal Interactions Multiple LOB Stakeholders.- External Interactions No external interaction.
