Employee Success Specialist The person in this role requires to have excellent communication skills to be able to interact well across audiences. A person who has the creative spark to bring fresh ideas that help reinforce our culture and be passionate about helping people succeed. Are you Excited yet? What you will do: Design & execute employee engagement programs that engage, motivate and support employees to perform at their best, in line with our vision of creating a truly unique culture that celebrates learning, innovation and performance. Monitor engagement and success of each program, analyze feedback and gaps, identify trends and revise programs as needed. Be deft in creating and delivering presentations that are catchy and creative. Follow up and follow through with keen attention to detail on every employee related activity, such as payroll, performance reviews, fun activities, handling employee grievances etc. Identify and drive process improvements and tools to ensure efficiency, engagement, scalability and operational excellence. You are: Thoughtful, self-driven and have a creative approach to problem solving Employee-focused and invested in others’ success A strong communicator, keeping your collaborators well-informed and invested An outstanding partner, working to identify needs, requirements, and success criteria Highly organized and can work on and prioritize multiple projects You have: 3 to 4 years of people strategy, business operations or HR experience Excellent communication skills, oral and written Experience in Training, Onboarding, or People Operations Previous experience in Payroll or knowledge about Payroll activity Previous experience in Conducting and organizing Employee Engagement activities, designing creatives/ posters Knowledge in MS Office and MS Excel (vlookup, pivot, analyzing data) Public speaking skills (addressing companywide programs- AHM, weekly/monthly reviews) Previous experience in Grievance handling We look forward to talking with you soon.
