About the Role:We are searching for a highly experienced Identity & Access Management (IAM) Consultant with a specialization in Ping Identity to join our team. This role requires in-depth knowledge of CIAM (Customer Identity and Access Management) solutions and a proven track record of successful migrations. The ideal candidate will possess 10+ years of IAM experience, with at least 5 years focused on CIAM and Ping Identity products.Responsibilities:- Design, implement, and manage CIAM solutions using Ping Identity products (PingOne or Auth0)- Lead and execute complex CIAM migrations for enterprise clients- Configure and manage Single Sign-On (SSO) using various methods like redirectUrl, OIDC authorize, and Legacy Sessions API- Possess a deep understanding of SAML 2.0, SCIM, OpenID Connect, and OAuth 2.0 protocols- Integrate CIAM solutions with enterprise applications and services (e.g., Salesforce, Splunk)- Manage user access and authorization based on roles and attributes- Integrate IAM with directory services (LDAP), Active Directory, and ServiceNow- Experience with OKTA Access Manager (a plus)- Migrate applications from header-based authentication to modern CIAM solutions- Manage custom domains and create SSL certificates- Develop and implement REST APIs using Java and J2EE technologies (a plus)- Troubleshoot and resolve IAM-related issues efficiently- Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients on best practices for CIAMQualifications :- 10+ years of experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM)- 5+ years of experience as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM)- Proven experience with Ping Identity products (PingOne or Auth0)- Hands-on experience with at least 3 successful CIAM migration projects- In-depth understanding of SAML 2.0, SCIM, OpenID Connect, and OAuth 2.0 protocols- Experience integrating IAM solutions with enterprise applications (Salesforce, Splunk)- Knowledge of Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) and Attribute-Based Access Control (ABAC)- Experience with directory services (LDAP, Active Directory) and ServiceNow integration (a plus)- Experience with OKTA Access Manager (a plus)- Experience migrating applications from header-based authentication- Familiarity with custom domain management and SSL certificate creation- Hands-on experience with Java, J2EE, and REST APIs (a plus)- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills- Excellent communication and collaboration skills- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines (ref:hirist.tech)
