About the Role :We are seeking a talented and motivated Full Stack Engineer to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a key role in developing and supporting our analytics data services solutions, focusing on loan origination and servicing systems. You will leverage your skills in various technologies including Azure, SQL Server, and Oracle Application Development Framework (OADF) to design, develop, and implement enhancements using an exit-point based architecture. You will also collaborate closely with business users to ensure solutions meet their needs.Responsibilities :Development and Administration :- Provide development and administration support for analytics data services solutions across various environments, including TimeXtender, Azure Analysis Services, Azure Data Lake Gen 2, and MS SQL Server.Loan Servicing Enhancements :- Design and develop enhancements using an exit-point based architecture within the loan origination and servicing system.Business Application Development :- Design and implement custom business applications using the Oracle Application Development Framework (OADF).Solution Architecture and Documentation :- Produce, present, and validate AS-IS and TO-BE landscape models for technical approval, demonstrating the migration path.- Produce and validate solution design documentation for projects, ensuring a consistent and high-quality approach.Technical Collaboration and Planning :- Provide input into the Technical Environment Plans (TEPs) for projects.- Work directly with business users in all aspects of design and development.Coding Standards and Testing :- Develop code that adheres to quality, coding, and performance standards, aligned with local IT guidelines and policies including security, auditing, and SOX requirements.- Conduct unit testing, leveraging available automation tools, and collaborate with the system test team to integrate tests into the overall plan.Documentation :- Ensure technical and supporting documentation is written according to company standards.Qualifications :- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (e.g., MCA, B. Tech, BE).- 2-4 years of experience in software development, with a focus on data analytics and/or loan servicing systems (preferred).- Strong experience with SQL Server and experience with at least one cloud platform (e.g. , Azure, AWS).- Experience with development frameworks like OADF (a plus).- Understanding of data warehousing and data analysis concepts.- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.- Ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
