Job Description :We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Java Backend Developer to join our dynamic team. As a Java Backend Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing robust and scalable web applications using Java, Spring Boot, and other related technologies. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions in an Agile/DevOps environment.Responsibilities :- Design and Development : Design, develop, and implement web applications using Java, JSP, Struts, Hibernate, Spring, Spring Boot, Microservices, and SQL.- Ensure the scalability, reliability, and performance of the applications.- Object-Oriented Analysis and Design : Apply common design patterns and principles for object-oriented analysis and design to develop efficient and maintainable code.- Java and J2EE Internals : Possess a deep understanding of Java and JEE internals, including class loading, memory management, and transaction management.- Relational Databases and ORM : Utilize Relational Databases, SQL, and ORM technologies (JPA2, Hibernate) for data storage and manipulation.- Spring Framework : Leverage the Spring Framework for building enterprise-level applications and integrating with other systems.- Cloud Native Applications : Develop cloud-native applications for at least one Cloud platform (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform).- Familiarity with cloud services and infrastructure is a plus.- Agile/DevOps Environment : Work collaboratively in an Agile/DevOps environment, participating in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and other Agile ceremonies.- Implement Continuous Delivery principles and related tools (Kubernetes, AKS, Docker) for automated deployment and release management.- Microservices Design : Design and develop Microservices-based architecture for building scalable and modular applications.- Design Patterns : Apply software design patterns to solve common architectural challenges and improve code maintainability and reusability.- Communication and Collaboration : Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and clients.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements, provide technical guidance, and deliver solutions that meet business needs.Requirements :- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.- 6+ years of hands-on experience in Java backend development.- Proficiency in Java, JSP, Struts, Hibernate, Spring, Spring Boot, Microservices, and SQL.- Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Analysis and Design principles and common design patterns.- Experience with Relational Databases, SQL, and ORM technologies (JPA2, Hibernate).- Solid knowledge of the Spring Framework and related modules.- Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and DevOps practices.- Real-life experience with Continuous Delivery principles and related tools (Kubernetes, AKS, Docker).- Understanding of Microservices design and architecture.- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
