The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills combined with a deep understanding of data visualization and business intelligence concepts. As a Power BI Developer/Analyst, you will be responsible for transforming complex data into visually appealing and easy-to-understand reports and dashboards using Microsoft Power BI. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders from various departments to gather requirements, analyze data, and deliver insights that drive informed decision-making.Responsibilities:- Develop interactive and visually stunning reports and dashboards using Microsoft Power BI.- Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders to understand data needs and reporting objectives.- Design data models and develop queries to extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from multiple sources into Power BI.- Perform data cleansing, transformation, and validation to ensure data accuracy and reliability.- Create calculated measures, calculated columns, and complex DAX expressions to derive insights from data.- Collaborate with business users to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics for tracking business performance.- Develop and maintain data visualization standards and best practices to ensure consistency and usability across reports and dashboards.- Provide training and support to end-users on how to use Power BI reports and dashboards effectively.- Stay up-to-date with the latest features and capabilities of Power BI and recommend innovative solutions to enhance reporting capabilities.- Work closely with data engineers and IT teams to optimize data pipelines and ensure data integrity and security.- Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives to drive data-driven decision-making across the organization.Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.- Proven experience as a Power BI Developer, Business Intelligence Analyst, or similar role.- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Power BI, including report development, data modeling, and DAX language.- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.- Experience working with data from various sources such as SQL databases, Excel files, APIs, and web services.- Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.- Excellent data visualization skills with a focus on usability and user experience.- Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.- Certification in Microsoft Power BI is a plus.If you are passionate about leveraging data to drive business insights and are proficient in Power BI, we encourage you to apply and join our team!
