Looking for Cisco LAN & Wireless expert with 2-3 years of hands-on experience to upgrade, configure, manage, and troubleshoot 9300 switches, 9500 switches and 9800 wireless controllers.- Candidate must have performed EOL replenishment of legacy 3500, 4500 & 6500 to Cisco 9000 series catalyst switches.- Must have hands-on experience in stacking 9300 and building 9500 into stackwise-virtual.- Must have hands-on experience in upgrading IOS on 9300, 9500 & 9800 controllers.- Experience in configuring access-point, wireless expansion and migration from AirOs to 9800.- Hands-on experience with Cisco DNA - templets, upgrade, manage & troubleshoot it thorough DNA.- Routing Protocols (OSPF & BGP)- Switching ( AAA, Dot1X, HSRP, VRRP, VTP, VLAN, Ether Channels, LACP, Dot1Q, Inter-VLAN Routing on layer 2 and layer 3 Switches )- Cisco DNA Assurance - Having experience on Aruba / SilverPeak SD-WAN will be an added advantage. - Site to Site IPSEC VPN & GRE Tunnels- Proven experience with troubleshooting and documenting large-scale networks- Excellent analytical skills and strong desire to learn new technologies - Experience participating collaboratively in a team environment. - Self-driven to complete tasks and projects on time - Ability to work after hours and provide on-call support - 2 + years leading technical projects, driving results that achieve business goals Major Purpose :- Network LAN , WAN , DataCenter & Wireless Design , build ,automate , implement & support- Collaborate within Global Network Oeprations , TL's ,SL's ,EM and other products that integrate with our operations product to meet customer expectations .- Support EM/SL/TL to ensure the products remain technically healthy and that we monitor our technical debt providing for stable products and ongoing customer value delivery. Position Specific duties : - Tier-II support for network incidents/issues/changes/Problems- Problem management, including root case analysis and problem tasks to prevent incidents from re-occurring- Leverage Common systems logging and monitoring tools such as Splunk, DNA Center, NMC , NMIS & Infoblox- packet analysis to find root cause for complex network issues- Contribute towards continuous improvement of network quality- Document architecture of new network technology or network designs- Responsible for picking up and working on Incidents , Requests , changes & Ptasks releated to Network within defined SLA's . - As part Network operation work with Tech leads and Shift leads to mantain IT network standards.- Participate in changes to information technology (IT) infrastructure for network operations . - Advise TL/SL's and teams on technology improvements- Taking part in network lifecycles , new installs & decomissions- Providing & Mantaining technical Visio Diagrams and documentations .- Add automation for speed to market, Leveraage various Orchestrator tools for performing and managing operations like Cisco DNAC , Aruba SDWAN and Cisco APIC (ref:hirist.tech)
