SALARY : 25LPA - 35LPAPosition Name : IT Network EngineerExperience Required : 9 - 12 YearsLocation : HyderabadNotice Period : Immediate - 15 daysJD's :Key Responsibilities: - Design and develop automation scripts to streamline Wi-Fi operations, including configuration management, monitoring, and troubleshooting. - Implement automation solutions to integrate ServiceNow with Mist for efficient incident and problem management, change management, and asset management. - Develop automation scripts to automate implementation tasks such as site management, including the addition, removal, modification, and MACD (Move, Add, Change, Delete) of sites. - Transition manual change scheduling processes in ServiceNow to automated workflows to improve efficiency and reduce errors. - Automate processes for the addition or removal of ATM/Branch locations, ensuring seamless integration with existing network infrastructure. - Identify additional automation use cases beyond those already addressed under Artemis (CISCO MSA) and develop automation scripts to address them effectively. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including network engineers, system administrators, and application developers, to understand requirements and implement automation solutions. - Conduct testing and validation of automation scripts to ensure functionality, reliability, and performance meet requirements. - Document automation workflows, scripts, and configurations for knowledge sharing and future reference. - Stay updated on emerging technologies, best practices, and industry trends related to network automation and make recommendations for continuous improvement. Qualifications: - Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. - Proven experience in developing automation scripts and solutions for network operations. - Strong programming skills, particularly in scripting languages such as Python, PowerShell, or Bash. - Experience with network automation tools and frameworks, such as Ansible, Puppet, or Chef. - Knowledge of Wi-Fi technologies, network protocols, and network management systems. - Familiarity with ServiceNow platform and its integration capabilities. - Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. - Certifications in network automation, such as Cisco Certified DevNet Associate (DEVASC) or equivalent, are a plus.
