Job Description :We are seeking a talented IT/Business Applications Professional with a 5 plus years of experience to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in both technical IT solutions and business applications, with a focus on enhancing efficiency, effectiveness, and overall business performance through technology solutions.Key Responsibilities :- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into technical solutions.- Evaluate, select, and implement IT systems and applications that align with business goals and objectives.- Configure, customize, and maintain business applications to meet the specific needs of various departments and teams.- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance for business applications, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.- Develop and maintain documentation, including system requirements, user guides, and training materials.- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends in IT/business applications, recommending innovative solutions to enhance business processes.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, and business units, to drive projects to successful completion.- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and security standards in all IT/business applications implementations.Additional Skills and Experience :- Experience in setting up an automated enrolment process for application users.- Proficiency in configuring access management over Single Sign-On (SSO).- Experienced in APIs (e.g., Rest and GraphQL) for integration purposes.- Experience in developing data exchange solutions with tools like Powerflow.- Experience in developing Powerapps for supporting apps like user portals.- Demonstrated interest in learning how to administer new tools.- Experienced in migrating on-prem hosted applications to Azure Cloud.Required Qualifications :- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.- Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT/business applications roles, with a focus on system implementation and support.- Proficiency in configuring and customizing business applications such as ERP systems, CRM systems, and collaboration tools.- Strong technical skills, including experience with database management, SQL queries, and integration techniques.- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.- Effective communication skills, with the ability to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.- Relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL, PMP (Project Management Professional), Salesforce Administrator) are a plus.
