Position Overview :We are seeking a Business Consultant with experience in Business Process Consulting (BPC), specifically within IT Service Management (ITSM). The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 4 years of experience, demonstrating expertise in analyzing, designing, and optimizing ITSM processes to drive business value.Qualifications :- Minimum of 4 years of experience in Business Process Consulting, with exposure to IT Service Management.- Proven track record of analyzing, designing, and optimizing ITSM processes to enhance operational efficiency.- Strong understanding of ITSM frameworks such as ITIL, COBIT, or ISO 20000.- Experience working with ITSM tools and platforms, such as ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, or JIRA Service Desk.- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.- Relevant certifications in ITSM, business analysis, or project management are a plus.Responsibilities :- Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives and ITSM requirements.- Conduct comprehensive assessments of existing ITSM processes, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.- Design and document ITSM workflows, policies, and procedures tailored to client needs.- Provide expert guidance on ITSM best practices, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.- Support the implementation of ITSM solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.- Conduct stakeholder workshops, training sessions, and knowledge transfer sessions as required.- Assist in the development of business cases, project plans, and ROI analysis for ITSM initiatives.
