Job Title : ELN DeveloperDepartment : Lab Info Systems - US001Qualification : Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or related field.Work Location(s) : Bangalore (Karnataka) / Hyderabad (Telangana)Work Mode : Hybrid (Should be ready to work from office as in when required)Work Timing (PST hours) : 7:00 PM - 4:00 AM / 8:30 PM - 5:30 AM (IST)Salary : Best in the Industry (Negotiable as per Industry Standards)Job Summary : As an ELN Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining our electronic laboratory notebook system, ensuring its reliability, efficiency, and scalability to meet the needs of our scientific research teams. The ideal candidate will have expertise in .NET, SQL Server, JavaScript, and Azure Cloud technologies.Job Responsibilities :1. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and understand the needs of the scientific research teams.2. Design, develop, and implement electronic laboratory notebook solutions using .NET technologies.3. Create and maintain SQL Server databases to store experimental data securely and efficiently.4. Develop front-end interfaces using JavaScript frameworks to provide a user-friendly experience for researchers.5. Integrate ELN system with Azure Cloud services for data storage, security, and scalability.6. Conduct regular testing and debugging to ensure the reliability and performance of the ELN system.7. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for ELN system users.8. Stay updated with the latest technologies and trends in ELN development and incorporate them into the system when appropriate.9. Collaborate with other developers and IT teams to ensure seamless integration with existing systems and infrastructure.10. Document system architecture, design, and development processes for reference and future maintenance.Key Requirements :1. Proven experience as a software developer with a focus on .NET technologies.2. Strong proficiency in SQL Server database design and development.3. Expertise in front-end development using JavaScript frameworks such as Angular, React, or Vue.js.4. Experience with cloud computing platforms, preferably Azure Cloud.5. Familiarity with laboratory information management systems (LIMS) and electronic laboratory notebook (ELN) concepts is highly desirable.6. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.7. Strong communication and collaboration skills.8. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.9. Knowledge of Agile development methodologies is a plus. (ref:hirist.tech)
