Responsibilities :- Collaborate with development teams to design, develop, and implement well-structured and maintainable Java applications.- Translate business requirements into effective technical solutions, applying your understanding of software architecture principles.- Champion the use of design patterns and best practices to ensure code reusability, modularity, and maintainability.- Gain experience working with microservices architecture, contributing to the decomposition of monolithic applications.- Familiarize yourself with the Jakarta EE platform and its capabilities for enterprise Java development.- Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback and fostering knowledge sharing within the team.Qualifications:- 2-3 years of experience in software development using Java, demonstrating a strong understanding of the language and its core functionalities.- Proficiency in design patterns and their practical implementation within Java applications.- Experience working with microservices architecture (even at a foundational level) is a plus.- Basic knowledge of the Jakarta EE platform is a plus.- A solid understanding of software architecture principles like scalability, maintainability, and performance optimization.Additional Skills (Highly Regarded) :- Experience in building and deploying scalable and high-performance Java applications.- Familiarity with cloud technologies and distributed systems (bonus points if you have hands-on experience).- Ability to analyze and optimize software performance using profiling tools and techniques.- Experience working within Agile development methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with developers and other stakeholders.
