Requirements: - 5-10 years of experience as a software engineer.- Passion for architecture and scalable software systems.- Deep understanding of architectural choices and tech stacks.- Ability to evaluate alternative technologies and trade-offs.- Strong knowledge of data structures and algorithms.- Proficiency in Node.js, Java, and similar languages.- Familiarity with workflow tools like Airflow, and Temporal.- Experience with Microservices and Cloud Native applications on AWS.- Designing large distributed systems, including MongoDB, and ElasticSearch.- Experience with distributed cache systems like Redis.- Understanding of Design patterns and SOLID principles.- Implementation of development practices like unit testing, TDD, and agile.- Familiarity with monitoring tools like Datadog.- Excellent communication skills.- Curiosity and eagerness to explore new technologies.- DevOps knowledge (Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
